AEGIS software for Age Concern organisations
AEGIS is the client contact management database designed specifically for Age Concern organisations in England.
AEGIS tracks services against clients, provides a full history of client contact and interaction with Age Concern organisations and produces the reports required by local authorities, primary care trusts and other funding and registering affiliates.
Rather than dealing with disparate (usually paper-based) sources of information about clients and their activities with volunteers and workers, AEGIS provides a single, secure database that gives everyone involved the complete picture. Access to each section of the multi-user system is strictly restricted to authorised colleagues who sign-on to AEGIS either in the office or remotely via the web.
The software not only logs interactions and outcomes, it provides a notes system so that key (often part-time) workers can leave each other important messages regarding their clients. AEGIS simplifies communications further by creating letters and standard forms using client-specific data.
And instead of having to collate facts and figures about a range of services from various sources and spreadsheets, AEGIS provides at-your-fingertips data that enables accurate statistics to be produced for Age Concern managers, registering authorities and funders alike.
